Herbal Medicine

Initial Herbal Medicine Consultation | €85

Allow approximately 60–90 minutes.

Your initial consultation gives me time to look at your health history, current concerns, nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress and lifestyle, and to put together an individual plan.

Where appropriate, this may include a bespoke herbal prescription alongside plant-based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

 

Follow-Up Herbal Consultation | €55

Allow approximately 45 minutes.

Follow-up consultations give us time to review how you are getting on and make any necessary changes to your herbal prescription or recommendations.

Herbal medicines are charged separately, as each prescription is individually prepared and the cost will vary depending on the herbs and preparation required.

Reflexology

Reflexology | €60

Individual reflexology treatments tailored to you and your needs. This includes general reflexology and treatments tailored for fertility, maternity, postpartum and menopause.

 

Children’s Reflexology | €40

A shorter reflexology treatment adapted to the child’s age and individual needs.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for reflexology treatments and make a lovely gift for someone who could use some time for themselves.
