A simple classic. Organic Peppermint with its naturally fresh, cooling flavour and unmistakable minty aroma.
Peppermint has a long history of traditional use as an after-meal herbal infusion and makes a refreshing cup at any time of day.
Ingredients: 100% Organic Peppermint Leaf.
70g loose herbal tea
Please note that our Peppermint is finely cut and naturally more compact than some of our other herbs, so the pouch or tin may appear less full. Each pack contains the full 70g weight.

How to brew
Add approximately ½ teaspoon per mug. Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to infuse for approximately 5–10 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.The leaves can be re-infused if desired.
Caution: Avoid if you have an allergy to peppermint. Peppermint may not be suitable for people with reflux or hiatus hernia. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, please seek appropriate advice before use.
