This tea was created with herbs that have traditionally been used to balance hormones, reduce mentrual cramping, to soothe and calm and to boost minerals such as iron and calcium.


This blend is crafted with organic ingredients for a wholesome and pure experience.


Each Tea Tin and Refill Bag contains 70g of herbal tea blend.



For the best experience, brew this tea in a teapot or French press.

Add 1 teaspoon for each mug using water that is boiled but cooled for a few minutes. Let it steep for 10 minutes.

Feel free to re-infuse the blend up to 2 times.

Dosage: 1-2 cups daily.


Caution: Refrain from using if you have allergies to any of the ingredients. Avoid during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. This product is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
