A thoughtfully blended herbal tea created with women in mind as they move through the changing seasons of life.
Red Clover, Motherwort, Lemon Verbena, Spearmint and Dandelion come together in a fresh, aromatic and gently earthy blend inspired by herbs traditionally used in women's herbal practice.
Ingredients: Organic Red Clover, Motherwort, Lemon Verbena, Spearmint and Dandelion.
70g loose herbal tea | Approx. 30–35 cups
Hand blended and packed in small batches on the Wild Atlantic Way in West Clare using organic whole herbs.
How to brew
Add 1 teaspoon per mug. Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to infuse for approximately 10 minutes. For the best experience, cover while infusing or brew in a teapot or French press.The herbs can be re-infused if desired.
Caution: Avoid if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding or for children under 12. If you are taking medication, please check with your herbalist, pharmacist or GP before use.
